Kickoff with Storytime at Evans Public Library, 825 W Randolph. List of participating businesses will be handed out at the Storytime. Businesses will also have a special door poster that states "Trick or Treat Here"
Trick or Treat will be from 10:30-12:30
Costume Contest will follow at 12:30pm at Charters Patio (flyer attached)
